To beautify lives also means caring for the environment we share, projecting a sustainable future, and acting with integrity toward the people around us.
We do this through conscious leadership, ethical decisions, and a genuine commitment to good corporate governance. We transparently share the impact of what we do, promoting a shared vision of sustainability with our stakeholders.
At PREBEL, we strive to generate a positive impact by beautifying the life of our planet, our future, and the people around us.
We contribute to the protection, care, and preservation of the planet through waste management and utilization with a zero-waste approach. We build trustful relationships with people, primarily promoting the overall well-being of our employees and their families. We act consciously, with integrity and respect, while strengthening our company’s profitability.
After 85 years of business history, our higher purpose of beautifying lives is reaffirmed in a legacy that, since its founding by Don Constantino Martinez, has been based on human sensitivity, closeness, solidarity, and social awareness—as well as the well-being of its employees and their families.
Thanks to this initiative, we built and donated a children's playground, in alliance with the Nutresa Foundation, to benefit the children of the Pascuala Muñoz de Córdoba Educational Institution, in the municipality of Rionegro, Antioquia. With this project, we not only reduce the environmental impact but also create spaces for recreation and joy for the community.
We want to build trusting relationships with people and promote their well-being
As a company, we currently have 40 employees with disabilities working for us. PREBEL has been a leader in this initiative, as our inclusion program has been in existence for over 40 years.
Since 2021, we have reaffirmed our social commitment through our brand Arden For Men by partnering with the project Una Cancha Llamada Colombia, led by the Fundación Arte para el Cambio.
We have impacted thousands of lives through the transformative power of soccer in various communities across the country. Thanks to this effort, in four years we have reached more than 16,500 children and young people in all 32 departments of Colombia, providing them with opportunities, values, and hope through sport
In PREBEL, we firmly believe that integrity, transparency and accountability are fundamental principles to build trust with our stakeholders and ensure a sustainable operation. Therefore, we have developed and implemented the Compliance Program that integrates the guidelines of the Self-Control and Integral Risk Management System for Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing (SAGRILAFT) and the Transparency and Business Ethics Program (PTEE), in compliance with Colombian regulations and international best practices.
This program is supported by our Code of Ethics, which establishes the values, principles and standards of behavior that guide our decisions and daily activities.
It is a confidential and secure mechanism that allows employees, suppliers, customers and other third parties to report conduct that goes against the Code of Ethics, the law or internal policies. At PREBEL, the ethics hotline is managed by the Compliance Officer, guaranteeing confidentiality and absolute reserve from the beginning to the closing of each case. The channels available to us are as follows:
